LINCOLN, NE (10/8/11) – Nebraska completed the biggest comeback in school history Saturday night, rallying from 21 points down in the second half to beat Ohio State (3-3) by a final score of 34-27.
The Cornhuskers (5-1) trailed 27-6 before a Buckeyes fumble midway through the third quarter turned the tide. Taylor Martinez scored on an 18-yard touchdown run to begin the comeback, which culminated in Rex Burkhead’s game-winning run with 5:10 remaining in the 4th quarter.
