NEW YORK, NY – Stanford and Minnesota will meet Thursday night for the NIT Championship, after the Cardinal and the Golden Gophers won their respective semifinals on Tuesday night.
Stanford defeated UMass 74-64 in the first game, before Minnesota outlasted Washington in overtime by a final of 68-67.
Bob Papa and Steve Lappas called the action on the Westwood One Radio Network.
