NASHVILLE, TN – Jewaun Long’s driving layup with just seconds remaining gave Murray State a 54-52 win over Tennessee State in Saturday’s Ohio Valley Conference championship game.
The Racers (30-1. 15-1 OVC) were led by Isaiah Canaan and Donte Poole, who each scored 14 points. Robert Covington led Tennessee State (20-12, 11-5) with 14 points as well.
