GLENDALE, AZ – Jairus Byrd’s overtime interception set up the winning field goal as the Buffalo Bills eked out a 19-16 victory over the Arizona Cardinals.
Arizona’s Jay Feely was actually the first kicker with a chance to win the game, but his 38-yard attempt as time expired in the fourth quarter hit the upright and the game went to overtime. That miss came just a minute after Feely had nailed a 61-yarder to tie the game at 16 apiece.
Rian Lindell made no mistake with his 25-yarder in overtime to give the Bills the victory.
Kevin Kugler and Mark Malone called the action on Westwood One Sports.
