PHILADELPHIA – The Detroit Lions rallied from a 10-point deficit to force overtime and went on to beat the Philadelphia Eagles on Jason Hanson’s 45-yard field goal in the extra period.
Hanson had earlier hit a 19-yarder with seconds remaining in the fourth quarter.
Michael Vick threw for 311 yards and two touchdowns for the Eagles in defeat. Matthew Stafford had a touchdown and also threw for 311 yards for the Lions.
