San Francisco has clinched at least a Wild Card berth. SF clinches the NFC West with a win/tie or a SEA loss/tie. SF can earn #2 seed and a first-round bye with a win + a GB loss/tie or an SF tie + GB loss.
Seattle has clinched at least a Wild Card berth. SEA clinches NFC West with win + SF loss. SEA clinches first-round bye and #2 seed with win + SF loss + GB loss
Minnesota clinches Wild Card berth with a win or a tie + CHI loss or tie. Even with a loss, Minnesota will also earn a Wild Card spot with a DAL loss or tie + CHI loss + NYG loss or tie.
Chicago clinches Wild Card with win + MIN loss or tie, or with a tie + MIN loss.
Washington clinches NFC East with win or tie. Washington wins Wild Card with loss + MIN loss + CHI loss.
Dallas clinches NFC East with a win.
New York Giants earn a Wild Card with a win + MIN loss + CHI loss + WAS win or tie
AFC
Indianapolis is the #5 seed and will play at Baltimore unless BAL win + NE loss (then at New England)
Cincinnati is the #6 seed and will play at #3 seed.
HOU can be #1 seed with:
– Win/tie
– DEN loss + NE loss/tie
HOU can be #2 seed with:
– NE loss/tie
– DEN loss
If none of above occur, HOU will be #3 seed.
DEN can be #1 seed with:
– WIN + HOU loss/tie
– TIE + HOU loss
DEN can be #2 seed with:
– WIN/tie
– NE loss/tie
If none of the above occur, DEN will be the #3 seed
NE can be #1 seed with:
– WIN + HOU loss + DEN loss
NE can be #2 seed with:
– WIN + HOU loss
– WIN + DEN loss

– BAL loss/tie
NE can be #4 seed with:
