OKLAHOMA CITY – For the second straight year, Oklahoma is into the finals of the Women’s College World Series. The Sooners downed Washington 6-2 on Sunday night to earn a return trip to the best-of-three finale.
The Sooners’ will try to avenge last year’s loss to Alabama against a different school from the Southeastern Conference, after Tennessee beat Texas to reach the finals. Both the Sooners and Volunteers are a perfect 3-0 in Oklahoma City so far.
