ARDMORE, PA – For the third straight day, Phil Mickelson’s name is atop the leader board at the U.S. Open. After claiming the first-round lead and sharing the second, Lefty is once again alone atop the standings as the lone golfer under par through three days of the 113th U.S. Open.
Mickelson shot a 70 on Saturday to remain one-under for the championship. Charl Schwartzel, Hunter Mahan and Steve Stricker are one shot back at even par through three rounds.
Justin Rose, Luke Donald and Billy Horschel, who shared the second-round lead with Phil, are all +1 through three rounds.
