AUSTIN, TX – Johnathan Gray scored a pair of rushing touchdowns and racked up 141 yards on the ground as Texas rebounded from back-to-back losses with a convincing 31-21 victory over Kansas St. on Saturday night.
Quarterback David Ash returned after a week out due to concussion-like symptoms and played well, completing 14 of 25 passes for 166 yards and a touchdown in the first half before he was forced to miss the second half thanks to a new head injury.
The Longhorns defense forced three K-State turnovers in the victory.
