All eyes at the Cotton Bowl Saturday will be on Blake Bell. Oklahoma’s junior quarterback had a breakout performance in last year’s Red River Rivalry game, rushing for four first-half touchdowns as Oklahoma walloped Texas in that game, winning by a final score of 63-21.
The Sooners will be looking for another strong performance today from Bell – on both the ground and, unlike in 2012, through the air. Bell only attempted two passes in that game as Landry Jones handled the bulk of the work in the passing game. Ahead of the game, Bell spoke with our Jason Horowitz.
