NEW ORLEANS – Drew Brees threw for more than 300 yards for the ninth consecutive game – tying his own NFL record – as the New Orleans Saints improved to 4-0 on the season with a 38-17 victory over the Miami Dolphins on Monday Night Football.
In all, Brees tallied 413 yards and four touchdowns on the night. Darren Sproles and Jimmy Graham had two touchdowns apiece in the victory.
Miami lost for the first time on the year and dropped to 3-1 on the year.
