TNF Highlights: Panthers 31 – Bucs 13

Cam NewtonTAMPA, FL – Cam Newton threw for two touchdowns and rushed for another score as the Carolina Panthers downed the Tampa Bay Bucs 31-13 on Thursday Night Football.

Carolina improved to 4-3 on the season, the first time the Panthers have been over the .500 mark since 2008. Tampa Bay, meanwhile, fell to 0-7 on year and remains one of just two teams in the NFL that’s yet to taste victory this season (along with fellow Floridians the Jacksonville Jaguars).

Ian Eagle and Trent Green called the action on WestwoodOne Sports.
