GREEN BAY, WI – Nick Foles followed up last week’s seven-touchdown performance with three more TD passes as the Philadelphia Eagles downed the Green Bay Packers 27-13 on Sunday.
Foles completed just 12 of 18 pass attempts, but made them count with 228 yards and the three scores in the victory.
Green Bay started with backup quarterback Seneca Wallace filling in for the injured Aaron Rodgers, but Wallace early to an injury, which meant third-stringer Scott Tolzien was forced to take over the Packers offense. Tolzien finished the game a respectable 24 of 39 for 280 yards and a touchdown, but also threw two interceptions.
Tom McCarthy and Mark Malone called the action on WestwoodOne Sports.
