CINCINNATI – The defending champs won’t get a chance to defend their title as the Baltimore Ravens were eliminated from the AFC playoff race by way of a 34-17 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.
The Bengals won the AFC North and will host the San Diego Chargers next weekend in the Wild Card round.
Baltimore tied the game at 17-17 late in the third quarter, but Cincinnati scored the game’s final 17 points to go into the postseason having won five of its last six games.
Tom McCarthy and Rod Woodson called the action on WestwoodOne Sports.
