This week’s AutoZone “In the Zone” Pro Football Player of the Week is once again Peyton Manning.
The Denver quarterback had another impressive display on Sunday, throwing for 400 yards and four touchdowns as the Broncos trounced Houston 37-13. Manning’s season total for touchdown passes increased to 51 and, in the process, he broke Tom Brady’s NFL record of 50 TD passes set in 2007. With another game Sunday against Oakland, Manning will have a chance to stretch the mark out even farther as the Broncos try to secure home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs.
Peyton Manning was definitely “In the Zone” and he’s our AutoZone Pro Football Player of the Week.
