Week 14 NFL Picks

Another week of great NFL action is upon us, all starting off with a titanic tilt in Jacksonvi… oh, who are we trying to kid? Every now and then the late-season primetime schedule fails us, but that doesn’t mean we’re not excited for Week 14 all the same.

And for what it’s worth, Jags-Texans has a few decent storylines and certainly will have an effect on the fantasy playoffs, if nothing else. So there. Will the Texans break a 10-game losing streak? Four of our guys think so. But if Rod Woodson is right, the Jaguars will win their fourth game in their last five.

Speaking of streaks, Carolina (eight straight wins) and Seattle (seven in a row) take theirs on the road for divisional contests in New Orleans and San Francisco, respectively. No consensus on our panel of who wins those games either. All of this tells you, in a roundabout way, why we love the NFL. There’s no telling what’s going to happen each and every weekend.

As for our picks standings, James Lofton made a big leap thanks to a 14-2 mark in Week 13. Still anyone’s game as we head into the final four weeks of the regular season.
