Countdown to Sochi: Alpine skier Ted Ligety

Italy Alpine Skiing World CupAmerican downhill skier Ted Ligety heads to the 2014 Sochi Olympics as one of the best skiers in the world, having won three gold medals at last year’s world championships – the first male skier to accomplish that feat since Jean-Claude Killy in 1968.

In the latest installment of Countdown to Sochi, Ligety talks about his amazing 2013 and his hopes for this year’s Olympic Games.
