GREEN BAY, WI – On a frigid day at Lambeau Field, Colin Kaepernick led the San Francisco 49ers to a 23-20 Wild Card victory over the Green Bay Packers.
Phil Dawson’s 33-yard field goal as time expired set San Francisco up with a trip to Carolina to face the Panthers in next week’s divisional playoffs.
Kaepernick was the star for San Francisco, rushing for nearly 100 yards and throwing for over 200.
Tom McCarthy and Rod Woodson called the action on WestwoodOne Sports.
