SOCHI, Russia – A day after Sage Kotsenburg threw down a sick trick to win the men’s snowboard slopestyle gold medal, his teammate Jamie Anderson matched the feat at the Rosa Khutor Extreme Park.
Anderson wasn’t on the podium after the first run of the finals, but she uncorked a big 720 cab in the second run and put down the biggest score of the day to capture the inaugural women’s snowboard slopestyle title.
After she received her gold medal, Jamie stopped by our Olympic broadcast studio to talk with John Tautges and Kevin Kugler.
