MOON TOWNSHIP, PA – Make room for The Mount. Mount St. Mary’s is headed to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2008 after going on the road defeat Robert Morris 88-71 in Tuesday night’s Northeast Conference Championship Game.
Rashad Whack led a balanced Mountaineers attack with 20 points on the night. In all, five Mount St. Mary’s players scored in double figures.
Karvel Anderson led all scorers for Robert Morris with 21 in the defeat.
