Third Round Highlights: (11) Tennessee 83 – (14) Mercer 63

NCAA Mercer Tennessee BasketballRALEIGH, NC – Jarnell Stokes dominated, scoring 17 points and grabbing 18 rebounds, as Tennessee downed Mercer 83-63 to advance to the Sweet 16.

Stokes nearly out-rebounded the Bears all on his own. Mercer finished with 19 boards on the game.

Josh Richardson added a career-high 26 points in the third tournament win for the Vols, who went overtime to get a victory over Iowa at the First Four before jumping all over UMass in the second round.

Scott Graham and John Thompson called the action on WestwoodOne Sports.
