AUBURN, AL – On a weekend during which four of top six teams in America lost, Auburn made certain they wouldn’t be the fifth in convincing fashion with a 41-7 victory over LSU.
Nick Marshall was the star for the Tigers, completing 14 of 22 passes for 207 yards yards and a pair of touchdowns. He also carried the ball 16 times for 119 yards and another two scores.
Overall, Auburn gained 298 yards rushing against the LSU defense and racked up 566 yards of total offense – more than double LSU’s total yardage of 280.
Jason Benetti and Derek Rackley called the action on Westwood One Sports.
