EUGENE, OR – Marcus Mariota threw for two touchdowns and ran for two more as Oregon destroyed Stanford 45-16 on Saturday at Autzen Stadium.
The fifth-ranked Ducks will be hoping the win, coupled with Ole Miss’s loss to Auburn, will be enough to move them into the top four for the College Football Playoff.
Mariota was 19 of 30 for 258 yards in the air and picked up 85 yards on nine attempts on the ground.
Thomas Tyner added two rushing touchdowns of his own as the Ducks improved to 8-1 on the season.
