EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ – Dez Bryant’s 13-yard touchdown reception on a pass from Tony Romo gave Dallas a 31-28 victory over the New York Giants on Sunday night.
The win allows the Cowboys to keep pace with division-leading Philadelphia in the NFC East and sets up a huge showdown on Thanksgiving Day at AT&T Stadium.
Bryant’s catch might’ve been the most important of the night for this season’s playoff picture, but it won’t be the one everyone is talking about around the water cooler on Monday. That belongs to Odell Beckham Jr. of the Giants, whose one-handed, way-over-the-shoulder snare of an Eli Manning pass in the second quarter was almost too amazing to believe. Beckham had 10 catches for 146 yards and two touchdowns on the night.
Kevin Kugler and James Lofton called the action on Westwood One.
