GREEN BAY, WI – Randall Cobb had a pair of touchdown catches as Aaron Rodgers overcame an injury to lead the Green Bay Packers to a fourth straight NFC North title with a 30-20 victory over the Detroit Lions on Sunday at Lambeau Field.
Rodgers missed two series – one on either side of halftime – after aggravating a calf injury on his first touchdown pass to Cobb. Rodgers left with the score 14-0 and returned with it tied at 14-14, but led the Packers down the field and found Cobb for a second touchdown on his first drive back.
Green Bay earned the #2 seed in the NFC with the win and will have a bye next weekend. Detroit fell to the #6 seed and will travel to Dallas for a Wild Card round game next Sunday afternoon.
