NCAA Basketball Highlights: North Carolina 72 – Louisville 71

Marcus Paige, Chinanu Onuaku, Terry Rozier, Nate Britt, Kennedy MeeksCHAPEL HILL, NC – Marcus Paige’s running layup as time was winding down gave the 18th-ranked North Carolina Tar Heels a 72-71 victory over #5 Louisville on Saturday at the Dean E. Smith Center.

Paige only had 10 points in the game, but he made the last two count. Terry Rozier led all scorers with 25 points for the Cardinals. Chris Jones added 19 points as the starters scored all 71 of Louisville’s points.

North Carolina, on the other hand, got a contribution of 20 points from its bench. Starting forward Kennedy Meeks led the Heels with 13 points. Brice Johnson had 11 points and 11 rebounds.
