This week’s AutoZone “In the Zone” College Basketball Player of the Week is Buddy Hield.
Westwood One NCAA Basketball host Jason Horowitz filed this report:
“Buddy Hield hasn’t been perfect this season, but for one game he was just that, and because of it, he’s our Player of the Week. The Oklahoma guard was a perfect 10 for 10 in the Sooners’ 17-point win against Oklahoma State on Saturday. Hield scored 27, including four triples, just one game after going for 21 and eight rebounds in a loss to West Virginia. In Oklahoma’s five conference games heading into this week, he has averaged more than 22 points per game while shooting nearly 49% from 3. The Sooners think they can compete for the conference, and if they do, Hield will be a major reason why.”
Buddy Hield was definitely “In the Zone” and he’s our AutoZone College Basketball Player of the Week.
