In conjunction with NBC Sports, and the Horse Racing Radio Network, Westwood One is pleased to present exclusive, live play-by-play coverage of all three legs of the Triple Crown of Thoroughbred Racing: the Kentucky Derby, the Preakness Stakes and the Belmont Stakes.
The first leg of this year’s Triple Crown—the 141st Kentucky Derby—took place on May 2nd at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky and was won by American Pharoah.
The second jewel of the Triple Crown occurs at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, Maryland, with the 140th Preakness Stakes THIS SATURDAY.

The broadcast will feature pre-race ceremonies, interviews, predictions, celebrity red carpet comments, the play-by-play call of the race, the winner’s circle presentation, post-race interviews and more.
Mike Penna of the Horse Racing Radio Network anchors the Triple Crown coverage. He is joined by analysts Jude Feld and Kurt Becker. Former jockeys Sean Clancy and Jeff Bloom serve as paddock and trackside reporters, and reigning Miss Connecticut Acacia Courtney rounds out the broadcast crew. Larry Collmus handles the play-by-play of each race.
