Some major changes are coming to college basketball for the 2015-16 season, including a reduction in the shot clock from :35 to :30.
Other changes to increase scoring and the pace of play include a reduction in the number of second-half timeouts for each team and the elimination of a coach’s ability to call a live-ball timeout.
