JACKSONVILLE, FL – Black Bortles hit Julius Thomas for a go-ahead touchdown and the Jacksonville defense stepped up when it needed to as the Jaguars downed the Tennessee Titans 19-13 on Thursday night.
Rashad Greene’s 63-yard punt return in his first NFL game set the Jaguars up with a short field and Bortles hit Thomas on the very first play of the ensuing drive for a five-yard touchdown.
Jacksonville is now 4-6 and a half-game out of first place in the AFC South; the Titans dropped to 2-8.
