Buffalo Preview: Contrasting styles on display Saturday in Upstate New York

BUFFALO, NY – Two intriguing matchups of disparate pace-of-play will be on display Saturday, as Buffalo kicks-off the day’s Second Round slate.

Tipping things off at 12:10 PM Eastern, fourth-seeded West Virginia will look to use 40-minutes of pressure to try to turnover fifth-seeded Notre Dame.  Mike Brey’s squad will hope the “luck of the Irish” spills over an extra day.

Next up, defending-champion Villanova will look to get off to a quicker start than they did on Thursday against Mt. St. Mary’s.  But Greg Gard’s Badgers are playing with a chip on their shoulder–believing they deserved better than an eighth seed–so look for Wisconsin to try to slow the game down and make baskets hard to come by for Jay Wright’s Wildcats.

Scott Graham and Donny Marshall will have the calls from the Key Bank Center.
