DAYTON, OHIO – Wesley Iwundu scored 24 points and Kamau Stokes added 22 to pace Kansas State to a 95-88 victory over Wake Forest, Tuesday night in First Four action from UD Arena.
Stokes shot 5-of-8 from 3-point range to help the No. 11-seeded Wildcats coast into first-round action Friday against No. 6-seed Cincinnati, in Sacramento. Wake Forest got 26 points from John Collins and 20 from Bryant Crawford, in a losing effort.
