NHL Highlights: Jets top Preds 5-1 to reach first conference final

NASHVILLE, TN – For the first time in team history, the Winnipeg Jets are heading to the Western Conference Final.

The Jets defeated the Nashville Predators 5-1 on Thursday night in Game 7 to advance to face the Vegas Golden Knights.

Dave Goucher and Colby Cohen called the action on NBC Sports Radio and Westwood One.
