WestwoodOne Sports is proud to be the driving force behind the AutoZone “In the Zone” Athlete of the Year Award.

Adrian Peterson was the inaugural recipient of the prize in August 2013. Peyton Manning joined him in 2014. Who will be the third AutoZone “In the Zone” Athlete of the Year? The Pro Football Player of the Year for 2014-15 was J.J. Watt. The College Football Player of the Year was Marcus Mariota. The College Basketball Player of the Year was Frank Kaminsky. The awards for ice hockey and pro basketball are still to be determined.
