Joe Castellano will be Westwood One’s play-by-play announcer for both Swimming and Athletics at the 2012 London Olympics. Joe currently serves as a play-by-play announcer for Comcast after spending five years (2005-2010) hosting a Major League Baseball show on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio. His NCAA credits include television play-by-play for Fox Sports for the Big 12 Championships in Swimming and Diving, Gymnastics, Wrestling and Track and Field.
2012 marks the fifth Olympics for Joe, after covering several events in 1998, 2000 & 2004 for Westwood One and the 2008 Summer Games for NBC.
