DALLAS (9/26/11) – Rookie Dan Bailey kicked 6 field goals as the Dallas Cowboys (2-1) came from behind to defeat the Washington Redskins (2-1) by a final score of 18-16 Monday night at Cowboys Stadium.
In a sloppy game, the teams combined for 4 turnovers but only one touchdown. Dallas fumbled the ball seven times alone, but only one was recovered by Washington. The Cowboys also become the first team in NFL history to play in 9 consecutive games that were decided by 3 points or less.
