New York, NY – November 10, 2011 – Westwood One (NASDAQ: DIAL) announced today that sportscaster Jim Gray will interview President Barack Obama during halftime of Westwood One Sports’ broadcast of the Veteran’s Day showdown between the North Carolina Tar Heels and Michigan State Spartans on Friday, November 11th. The Quicken Loans Carrier Classic will be played on the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier, stationed in San Diego, California and tips off Westwood One Sports’ regular season NCAA Basketball coverage of the 2011-2012 season.

Kevin Kugler, Bill Frieder and Jim Gray will call the game which will be heard on radio stations nationwide, as well as on Sirius/XM satellite radio, streaming online at  and on American Forces Radio Network, which provides programming to America’s military forces around the globe. Beginning Friday, November 11th, 2011 and continuing through Sunday, March 11th, 2012, Westwood One Sports, a Westwood One company, will present a slate of 32 regular season NCAA Basketball broadcasts and an additional 21 Championship Week games.
