LANDOVER, MD (12/10/11) – For the first time in the 112-game history of the series, Army and Navy played in Washington, D.C. – but a change in scenery didn’t affect the outcome. For the 10th straight year Navy defeated Army, winning Saturday afternoon at FedEx Field by a final score of 27-21.
Army rallied from a 14-0 deficit to tie the score at 14 heading to halftime, before each time traded touchdowns at the start of the 2nd half. In the end, the difference was a pair of made field goals by Navy.
