ATLANTA (12/3/11) – LSU didn’t manage a single first down in the first half, but the Tigers came to life in the 2nd half to beat Georgia 42-10 in the SEC Championship Game.
LSU (13-0) will play for the BCS National Championship next month, while Georgia (10-3) was left to think about what might have been. The Bulldogs led 10-0 in the first half but dropped a sure touchdown pass and missed out on opportunities to increase their lead.
John Tautges and Terry Donahue called the game on Westwood One Sports.
