The San Francisco 49ers earned the right to host the NFC Championship Game thanks to a thrilling win over the Saints coupled with New York’s upset win over the top-seeded Green Bay Packers.
The Niners and Giants already met once this year — with the San Francisco defense picking off two Eli Manning passes en route to a 27-20 win.
Linebacker Patrick Willis had 9 tackles and a sack in that game and he’ll be looking to put pressure on Manning again on Sunday. He spoke with our Scott Graham about the emotional high of the win against New Orleans last weekend and what he and his teammates will need to do to slow down the Giants.
