COLLEGE PARK, MD – Tyler Zeller score 22 points and Harrison Barnes added 18 as North Carolina rallied in the second half to defeat Maryland 83-74 on Saturday evening.
The Tar Heels (20-3, 7-1 ACC) trailed 40-37 at the break, but outscored the Terrapins by 12 in the second half.
Maryland (13-9, 3-5) was paced by Terrell Stoglin, who scored 20.
