FOXBOROUGH, MA – When Duke and Maryland meet in the men’s lacrosse national semifinals on Saturday afternoon, it’ll be the second semifinal meeting between the schools this season. Duke came out on top back in April in the ACC tournament by a final score of 6-5, then went on to win the ACC title in the final against North Carolina.
A similar result this weekend would be just fine for Duke coach John Danowski, whose squad fell to Maryland 10-7 in the regular season. Danowski and a few of his key players spoke with our broadcast crew of Dave Ryan and Steve Panarelli.
