OKLAHOMA CITY — Oklahoma is headed to the finals of the Women’s College World Series after defeating Arizona State on Sunday afternoon. The Sooners improved to 3-0 at ASA Hall of Fame Stadium this year in knocking out the 3rd-seeded Sun Devils.
Oklahoma got another strong performance from national player of the year Keilani Ricketts, who struck out 13 in the win. Oklahoma trailed 2-0 early but rallied for four runs in the 3rd inning to take a the lead for good.
