TNF Highlights: Ravens 23 – Browns 16

BALTIMORE — On a rainy night at M&T Bank Stadium, the Ravens outlasted a game Browns squad to earn a 23-16 win and improve to 3-1 on the season.

In the victory, Joe Flacco became the first player in franchise history to throw for a touchdown, run for a touchdown and pass for 300 yards in the same game. Anquan Boldin had a big game for the Ravens, catching 9 passes for 131 yards.

Baltimore has now won nine straight over Cleveland.
