BATON ROUGE, LA – LSU scored 13 unanswered fourth-quarter points to get ahead of South Carolina then held on as the Gamecocks tried to rally in a 23-21 win on Saturday night.
Jeremy Hill’s 50-yard touchdown run put LSU up 23-14 with 5:03 remaining the quarter and South Carolina couldn’t quite claw its way back.
Hill had 124 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries for the Tigers.
