This week’s AutoZone “In the Zone” Pro Football Player of the Week is New Orleans quarterback Drew Brees.
The Saints’ signal caller threw for over 300 yards and four touchdowns in a Sunday Night Football victory over the San Diego Chargers. On his first TD pass of the night, Brees broke Johnny Unitas’ record for most consecutive games with a touchdown pass. Brees now has a TD in 48 consecutive games.
Drew Brees was definitely “In the Zone” and he’s our AutoZone Pro Football Player of the Week.
