BALTIMORE – The Baltimore Ravens made sure that Ray Lewis’ last home game wasn’t his last overall game as a Raven, winning a Wild Card contest over the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday to advance to a matchup next week against the AFC’s top seed, the Denver Broncos.
Lewis, who earlier this week announced he’ll retire after the season, was part of a defensive effort that held the Colts to just three Adam Vinatieri field goals. On the other side of the ball, the much-maligned Ravens offense went to work. Joe Flacco threw for 282 yards and two touchdowns as Baltimore racked up 441 yards of total offense.
Ian Eagle and Trent Green called the action on Westwood One Sports.
