LEXINGTON, KY – After back-to-back Final Fours, the other shoe dropped on Cinderella last year when Butler failed to make the field of 68.
But much change came to Hinkle Fieldhouse this season, as the Bulldogs moved to the Atlantic-10 and added Arkansas transfer Rotnei Clarke, who ended up leading the team in scoring with nearly 17 points a game.
A #6 seed in the East Regional, Butler faces Patriot League champion Bucknell in a second-round game in Lexington.
Ahead of the game, Kevin Kugler caught up with Butler head coach Brad Stevens.
