TULSA, OK – In the first double-overtime game in Conference USA Championship Game history, Memphis survived to capture its third consecutive title with a 91-79 victory over Southern Miss.
Chris Crawford led the way for the Tigers, scoring 23 points and dishing out six assists.
The Golden Eagles’ Neil Watson forced the game into overtime with a mad dash and buzzer-beating layup to tie the game at 62-62.
