Gonzaga’s Mark Few on being a #1 seed

03/20/2013

Deshaun Thomas, Michael HartSALT LAKE CITY, UT – Mark Few and the Gonzaga Bulldogs are in uncharted territory, as the #1 team in the country and a #1 seed in the tournament. It’s the first time the school has accomplished either feat.

Last year, the Zags were a #7 seed when they fell in the third round to an eventual Final Four team in Ohio State.

They’ll get this year’s tournament underway Thursday in Salt Lake City against Southern U.

Ahead of the game, which is scheduled to tip at approximately 4:10 PM Eastern, Dave Sims caught up with Mark Few.
